For Teachers

Teacher Effectiveness Training

This life-changing program was created by Dr. Thomas Gordon, a clinical psychologist, nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 1997, 1998, and 1999. Using these communication skills in the classroom has shown to increase instructional time due to a decreased need to address negative behavior – letting teachers teach instead of police. Teachers have such a powerful influence over so many students, the responsibility is immense. We are so excited about T.E.T. as we see it as a tool for improving entire communities as more teachers are able to do what they love.
